Kim Si-hyun, known most notably by her pseudonym sihyunhada, is based in South Korea and is most recognized for her ID project. The ID project began as a challenge for her to take portraits of 1,000 people to record a part of Korean history. Her goal of capturing the person's individual beauty instead of the standard of beauty South Korea tends to project (pale skin, red lips, big eyes, etc.). These portraits soon took over the majority of her work and she continued to take their portraits in a flattering manner while also displaying their natural qualities, each one as unique as the next.

For the portraits, Kim encourages the subject to wear their favorite clothes and accessories that they believe best reflect their personalities and how they express themselves, then emphasizes the question, "What is your favorite color?" to truly showcase themselves as an individual.
